A Portuguese national with a Master’s in Mechanical Engineering, Luis brings over 10 years of management consulting experience across Europe, Middle East, and Africa in strategy, transformation, and operational excellence, plus 8 years in Dubai’s real estate market. Since co-founding First Class in 2020, he has established it as a leader in the dynamic Airbnb market, leveraging data-driven insights and strategic growth. His mission includes to be the first in the world to visit all countries and host guests from every nation.
