The third edition of SCALE Italia will be hosted in a completely new venue, the “Palazzo degli Affari”, an incredible conference center located in the very heart of Florence, a few steps away from Santa Maria Novella’s train station. It’s going to be a 2-day conference dedicated to short-term rental companies from around Italy, managing a minimum of 20 properties. This edition will include The Book Direct Show, Scale Open and Exit Door formats.

The second edition of SCALE UK will be a 2-day conference dedicated to short-term rental companies from around the UK managing a minimum of 20 properties. The venue will be announced soon.

The third edition of the SCALE France will be hosted in the same venue as the past edition Les Salons de L’Aveyron. The SCALE France is dedicated to French professional short-term rental companies managing a minimum of 20 properties.

In February 2025 SCALE lands in Sofia for a ground-breaking one-day conference dedicated to short-term rental operators across Bulgaria and Eastern Europe.

We’re back for the second edition of SCALE España – this time in Madrid. This two-day conference will have a specific focus on short-term rentals, investment and regulation in Spain. (Exclusively in Spanish)
