Circular Material Management:
Ticketless Entry: SCALE operate a paperless ticket registration system across all events, removing the need for paper printing and unnecessary physical waste. Our streamlined digital check-in process ensures a seamless attendee experience that honours our ‘planet-first’ philosophy.
Lanyard Reuse: We utilise unbranded lanyards (free of specific sponsor logos) to ensure they can be collected and reused across our entire event calendar, significantly reducing textile and plastic waste.
Unbranded Signage: Our banners and stage materials are designed for longevity. By avoiding date-specific or sponsor-heavy branding on core hardware, we ensure these materials are reused rather than being tipped into a landfill.
Carbon Neutralisation & Reforestation: Through our partnership with Ecologi, SCALE has committed to a long-term reforestation strategy. We plant thousands of trees and fund gold-standard carbon avoidance projects to offset the travel and energy footprints of our attendees and operations.
