A Qualified Audience

SCALE Shows are not for those who rent a room. Our events are for professional property managers and ambitious hosts overseeing 10/20+ properties (depending on the market).

Property Managers Only – Unlike all other conferences, SCALE does not allow service providers to purchase tickets, meaning you can be confident that everyone in the room is a qualified property manager and decision-maker. No more looking at name badges to see if you are talking to the right person.

Intimate Surroundings – We don’t try to pack in 1000s of attendees. We believe that a smaller, more intimate experience is more conducive to fostering new partnerships with property managers. SCALE Shows typically host anything from 150 to 300 attendees.

Audience beyond Euope – SCALE Shows take place in top EU markets like France, Spain, UK, Italy, Eastern Europe, and beyond.
