Bio
Juanjo Bande is an architect (ETSAC 1998) and holds a master’s degree in real estate development business management (UIE 2007). Juanjo entered the sector in 2014 and in 2018 created a YouTube channel focused on owners of tourist and short-term rentals. In the last quarter of 2024, the channel reached 128,000 unique users.
In 2023, he created the Tu Alquiler project, a community of property managers dedicated to the professionalization and development of the sector through mutual support and strategic alliances. Currently, Juanjo Bande combines his work developing real estate investment projects with outreach and consulting.
