After a long period in the cruise industry, I decided in 2006 to jump into vacation rentals: I worked from the start in a commercial role to the C level. Today, my team and I are helping PMCs go outside their comfort zone and reach their dreams.
My specialities are leadership, business development/transformation, training & reorganizing companies, planning strategies to reach company goals, and M&A.
I am also a delegate of the ANBBA Italian holiday homes association and a teacher at the first University course for Property managers in Italy.
I love helping women connect and sustain each other in every industry or area of life. That’s why I am part of the Female Forum, a WVREC organiser, and a volunteer for Help Women International Emergency Group.
In my free time? love reading, traveling with my dogs, and spending time with friends & family.
