We invite you to submit a proposal to speak at one of our conferences in the Balkans, France, Germany, Italy, South Africa, Spain, UAE, or UK.

We are looking for presentations and panel discussions that showcase best practices, innovative strategies, and lessons learned to educate hundreds of professional property managers from around the world.

Who should apply?
We actively encourage everyone to apply to be a speaker at our Scale shows as long as you believe you have considerable industry knowledge and experience to educate established property managers
How long are the sessions?
Individual sessions
Sessions will last approximately 20-30 minutes to include around 5 minutes of audience Q&A.
Panels
Panels will last approximately 30-45 minutes, depending on the topic and number of panellists.
What should be included in the proposal?
All submissions must be educational or advisory in nature and must not include promotions for products or services.
Please note that we regularly receive a very high number of speaking applications for each event.
We aim to match submitted sessions with the most popular topics as selected by our attendees.
What topics should be focused upon?
We welcome proposals focusing on any subject relevant to professional short-term rental operators.

What is the deadline to present my proposal?
In general we accept proposals for each conference up to three months beforehand but we encourage you to submit your idea as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.
