About SCALE

SCALE was launched in 2021 from a shared frustration and a simple mission: to raise the bar in education for short-term rental professionals around the world.

Tired of events packed with sponsor pitches and the same voices on every stage, co-founders Damian Sheridan and Gianpaolo Vairo set out to do things differently. 

They imagined a space where ambitious short-term rental professionals could connect, learn, and grow.

That idea became SCALE.

Since then, it’s grown into the global reference for short-term rental education and networking, with a fresh take on what industry events and learning should be.
