Scale Rentals does not provide refunds for cancellations made more than 7 days after your registration is received, therefore the invoiced fee remains payable in full.

Registration Process

Registration for events will take place following the completion of the Participation Form available on the conference website (www.scalerentals.show/attend).

Requests will be assessed individually to ensure that applicants fulfill the minimum requirements needed to participate: being a property manager who professionally manages a minimum of 25 units.

The organization may require applicants to provide additional information to help demonstrate that they meet the minimum requirements.

Once the request is approved,  applicants will receive the link necessary to purchase the ticket via email. The link provided does not expire and can be used at any time within the period indicated below. This link is not transferable to unauthorised third parties (subjects whose participation has not been approved by the Organisation) under penalty of immediate cancellation without the right to refund.

The ticket is nominal and transferable, with the conditions indicated in the following points.

Each participant can purchase a maximum of one ticket, and a maximum of 5 participants from the same company are allowed (including companies of the same group). This rule applies even in case the ticket is transferred to a third party.

Tickets are available for purchase from 1st June 2022 until 20th May 2023, subject to availability, with the following rates: Ticket for one (1) person: € 199.00

Additional tickets purchased individually will not be entitled to a discount.

Tickets transfer 

If you are unable to attend the conference, a replacement delegate may be sent to your place at no extra charge. Notification must be sent to the organisation and received prior to the event commencing. 

To this end, the attendee needs to contact the organisation by writing to [email protected] to communicate the name of the person to whom would like to transfer the ticket.

If the ticket holder is not interested in transferring the ticket to a third person, Scale Rentals offers the possibility to keep that ticket for the next edition of the Scale Rentals Show.

Ticket transfer is not allowed for invitation tickets or free tickets.

Sharing of Tickets

Scale Rentals does not allow shared registrations. Each registration allows the admittance of one person only.

Payment

For individual and group attendee bookings, payment is required either at the time of booking. No admittance will be granted where payment has not been received in full unless a prior arrangement has been made in writing with Scale Rentals. 

For all other commercial sponsorships/partnerships, please refer to your agreement/contract for payment terms.

Change of Program Content, Format, and/or Event Timing

Scale Rentals will endeavour to ensure that conference programs are correct at the time of the event. Unfortunately, we may need to alter the program prior to or during the event and reserve the right to do so without notice. We also reserve the right to change the format of the event or postpone the event (where no refund will be issued) or cancel the event.

Scale Rentals is not responsible for any loss or damage as a result of a substitution, alteration, format change, postponement, or cancellation of an event.

Attendee Disclaimer

Any estimates or representations made by Scale Rental as to the number or make-up of event participants are based on market research and experience and are estimates only and not a guarantee or warranty as to the number, actual identity, purchasing power, or level of responsibility of attendees at a Scale Rental event.

Commercial Sponsors/Partners

Please refer to your sponsorship/partnership agreement/contract for additional terms and conditions (including payment terms).
