What is the SCALE Show?
The SCALE Show is a unique and collaborative conference dedicated to professional property management companies in the short-term rental industry.
What sets SCALE apart from all other conferences?
Every SCALE Conference attendee manages a minimum of 10/20 properties (depending on the conference location). Suppliers are not permitted to purchase tickets.
All SCALE attendees are asked for their preferences regarding conference content. We curate sessions around this, resulting in a more pertinent show schedule.
SCALE is a global brand with future events taking place in Europe, South Africa, and the Middle East.
SCALE conferences are not outsourced to external event organizers. SCALE directors have been involved in the STR industry for over 20 years and have the essential industry knowledge, experience, and network to ensure each event is a success.
SCALE events are affordable to everyone. Making our shows more accessible to more property managers will always remain a priority.
