COMMITTED TO REDUCING OUR ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT

A Greener Conference

The Scale Rentals Family cares deeply about designing sustainable conferences with a reduced environmental impact. We’re dedicated to implementing many actions to reduce our carbon footprint without compromising on the high standard attendee experience associated with our events.

OUR GREEN COMMITMENTS

Scale Rentals Green Initiatives

DIGITAL TICKETS

All Scale Rentals’ events are completely ticketless and the attendee registration process is totally digital.

DIGITAL SHOW GUIDE & INFORMATION

All important attendee information, including the show schedule, is paperless and only available electronically and official digital show guides.

TICKETING PLATFORM

We have chosen Ticket Tailor as our exclusive ticketing platform. Ticket Tailor is carbon-neutral and committed to donating towards the climate crisis for every ticket sold.

REUSABLE BANNERS

We will not be including sponsors’ logos on our show signage banners, meaning we will continue to use them for future events. All materials we use in our conferences are 100% reusable and designed to be adopted to several events throughout the year.

ECO FRIENDLY LANYARDS

All Scale Rentals’ lanyards are provided by an eco-friendly provider, which produces merchandise and promo materials from recycled plastics. All attendees are invited to return their lanyards and badges to help us give them multiple uses.

ECO FRIENDLY CATERING

To reduce to a minimum all possible waste of food and the consumption of natural resources, catering is reduced to a low-impact service, preserving the highest standard of quality offered at our conferences.

FREE EXHIBITOR BOOTHS

We offer free exhibitor packages for organisations spearheading environmental education in the short-term rental industry

SUSTAINABLE VENUES

Our conferences and meetups are hosted in venues that promote the use of sustainable materials and encourage low environmental impact conferences. Curbing environmental degradation is a priority, including waste-separation bins and the digitization of the building’s energy management systems to limit use.
