2025 sees the launch of the ground-breaking SCALE Eastern Europe conference. This one-day event is dedicated to short-term rental operators and professionals across Bulgaria, Greece, Poland, Croatia and many more countries across Eastern Europe.

We’re back for the second edition of SCALE España – this time in Madrid. This two-day conference will have a specific focus on short-term rentals, investment and regulation in Spain. (Exclusively in Spanish)

We are very excited to launch the first edition of SCALE DACH – a two-day show entirely dedicated to short-term rental operators across German, Austria and Switzerland.

In Spring 2025, we will co-host the SCALE Regulation Forum – the inaugural short-term rental regulation conference dedicated to industry advocacy and global collaboration.

This is an invitation-only event bringing together global short-term rental associations, multi-national organisations and political influencers.

Another ground-breaking event – SCALE Saudi – our inaugural 2-day show is for established and ambitious short-term rental providers and serviced apartment operators in Saudi Arabia.

Following on from the spectacular success of the inaugural SCALE South Africa in 2024, we return to Cape Town in July 2024 for a second exciting conference over 2 packed days.

Following the success of our third Italian show in 2024, SCALE Italia will move to a new venue. The Magazzini del Cotone is an incredible conference centre located in the very heart of Genoa and just a few steps away from Santa Maria Novella’s train station. After a hugely popular inaugural show in 2024, SCALE Middle East returns to Dubai for its second edition. This 2-day conference is the only event in the Middle East region exclusively dedicated to short-term rental operators.
