Scale UK in Manchester delivered an incredible mix of insight, energy, and sheer industry star-power. I had the honour of developing thought-provoking conversations on two panels, and yet I’m always humbled by learnings from industry titans even while I’m at the top of my game.

And the networking? Imagine the sharpest minds in the room colliding at once… I’m no scientis,t but it’s a chemical reaction, the output of which is now already in motion. Every time I attend a Scale event, I level up.

This year I’ve seen a big shift at Scale, with more and more incredibly professional PMs attending — something I haven’t found at any other event so far.

When I got home and looked in my bag, I didn’t find any seller leaflets. Instead, I had a book full of notes from networking with colleagues.

As PMs, when we go to these events, we spend money on travel, food, and accommodation, and we also need someone to cover for us. What you delivered really made all of that worthwhile.
